Caroline had her first day of gymnastics at Auburn Gymnastics Academy today. Out teacher is very nice (and extremely patient) and the three other girls in Caroline's class were very sweet! It's a Mommy and Me class that meets once a week for an hour, and Caroline is already looking forward to our next visit. She got to walk the balance beam, swing from the bars, do forward and backward rolls, and her favorites...jump on the trampoline and jump into "the pit" (a pool of foam squares). And although she is very much a beginner, and we needed a lot of assistance, she had a blast!
Caroline was suppose to be jumping like a bunny down the trampoline in this picture, but she couldn't get to the foam pit fast enough. She LOVED it!
