Caroline turned 5 months old on one of the biggest days of the year in Auburn...the first football game of the season. Caroline and I decided to just attend the tailgating festivities, but she loved it! She is a very nosey little girl, so the Tiger Walk made for lots of people watching. Hopefully we will get to meet Aubie one of these games! War Eagle!
Vicki Courtney's blog was shared with me by my mother-in-law about a year ago. I love reading what she has to say and I'm hoping I'll remember it all when Caroline is going through her teen years. She is a very knowledgeable, yet funny Bible teacher for mothers of young girls (hers of which just pledged Alpha Gam here at Auburn-Paige). Caroline had her four month appointment this morning. She weighs 17 lbs. 5 oz. and is 26 3/4 inches long. She is growing like a weed! She also had four more shots, which was very tramatic for both Caroline and Mommy! Good thing Dad was there to console us!! Now, Caroline is snoozing in her crib and will probably remain that way for a while. She didn't even make it home before she zonked out in the car.
Auburn Orange had another victory last night against Virginia. The final score was 8-4. Tonight they will play North Carolina. Go Auburn Orange!!!
Auburn Orange won their game last night against Texas! It was a close game with an ending score of 7-6. They will play again tonight. Way to go Bradley! I caught your closing pitch!! We are so proud of you. 4:13

Caroline is really enjoying her new walker until.....she gets stuck! She only knows how to move in reverse, so she can't see when she is about to wedge herself into the pantry door or up against the wall. I pull her away repeatedly, just for her to keep getting herself in a pickle! Hopefully she'll learn to move in a forward direction soon. I can only imagine what my base boards will end up looking like in the meantime! BONK!
Thank you for coming to visit us Grandma and Grandpa! We had a great time! Caroline kept looking at me yesterday with a look that said, "Where did everyone go?". Right now she's in her super coupe and still loving it. Next time you're here, she'll be scooting around (hopefully going forward). We love you and miss you so much!! COME BACK!!!
